At Lifely, we want you to love every piece of furniture in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled to ensure a smooth refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Lifely account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back into its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our team will coordinate a convenient time for our courier partners to collect the furniture from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
